A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Nirma University, Ahmedabad, he began his career as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Reliance Industries, Jamnagar, where he gained valuable experience in engineering processes, operational discipline, maintenance planning, and team management. This industrial foundation has played a key role in building strong systems and structured operations within Praveg Solar.

With more than eight years of experience in the solar industry, Rajat has been instrumental in developing the organizational framework that supports the company’s continued growth. He focuses on creating efficient business processes, strengthening financial management, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring that every department operates with accountability and transparency.
